Seaview Infrastructure Partners Launches with Acquisition of Two Los Angeles Basin Terminals from Zenith Energy

The new investment and operating platform acquires the Dominguez Hills and Long Beach terminals, totaling 5.6 million barrels of liquid storage capacity in the Los Angeles basin.
LOS ANGELES, July 17, 2026. Seaview Infrastructure Partners today announced its launch as an investment and operating platform focused on critical energy and industrial assets, together with the acquisition of two liquid storage terminals in the Los Angeles basin from Zenith Energy. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The acquired facilities, located in Dominguez Hills and Long Beach, California, together provide approximately 5.6 million barrels of storage capacity and serve refineries and marine, pipeline, and truck logistics across Southern California.
"These terminals sit at the center of one of the most important refining and logistics markets in North America," said Jane Doe, Chief Executive Officer of Seaview Infrastructure Partners. "They are exceptional assets with long records of safe, reliable service, and they give Seaview a strong foundation as we build a platform dedicated to the infrastructure that keeps energy moving."
The Terminals
The Dominguez Hills terminal is the premier third-party crude storage facility for San Joaquin Valley Line 2000 crude and waterborne imports, with 4.1 million barrels of tankage, in-line blending capability, and a two-lane truck rack.
The Long Beach terminal is the primary third-party receipt point for waterborne crude in Southern California, with 1.5 million barrels of interconnected tankage linking deep-water marine berths to area refineries and to Seaview's Dominguez Hills tank farm.
